Scrip is a gift card or certificate bought through the school at a discount then sold to you at face value. We sell many popular giftcards including Casey's, Hy-Vee, Walmart, Target, Cost Cutters and many more. The difference is then split 50/50 with All Saints and you, to help reduce tuition at All Saints/Regis/Xavier. It also can be applied to Childcare, Teachers Assistance Fund, All Saints Church, Haiti Fund, All Saints RE, Parish Kitchen Fund or it may also be applied towards another family's tuition. You may decide where you would like it to go.
Anyone can buy SCRIP-multiply your SCRIP earning by having friends and relatives (especially grandparents) designate their earnings for your child's tuition or the rebate can be designated to go to any of the above funds.
SCRIP rebates are applied towards tuition/designated area for the following school year. For example, SCRIP purchases you make during the 2011-2012 fiscal year (May 16th-May 15th) will be applied towards your tuition for the 2012-2013 school year.
By making your everyday purchases such as food, gas, restaurants and clothing using Scrip, we are supporting the businesses, and many local businesses, that are willing to give use of their money to support our school.
Additional National retailer gift cards are available to order. The list of these retailers can be viewed on the Great Lakes SCRIP website and click on Retailer List. Orders for National gift cards must be submitted by Mondays at 9:30am in order for them to arrive by Friday of the same week. Orders will be sent home Friday or will be available for pickup at the SCRIP table that weekend.
Here is an example of how one month of SCRIP giftcard purchases could add up for your family:

The total SCRIP rebate earned was $24.50, that amount is split 50/50 between the family and All Saints. $12.25 would go towards your designated area. With one year of SCRIP spending, this would add up to $150 for the family portion of the rebate. And this is just in purchasing giftcards for places that you already shop, but using SCRIP giftcards.
SCRIP can be purchased two ways: via paper order form in the dropbox/at SCRIP table or at http://www.shopwithscrip.com/.
Online ordering:
To order online, you must set up an account at http://www.shopwithscrip.com/. This convenient option allows you to order SCRIP on the website, reload gift cards (Starbuck’s, Gap/Old Navy and more), order e-gift cards (several to buy and print immediately from retailers such as Amazon.com, Kmart, Land's End, Lowe's, Home Depot, Gap/Old Navy, Barnes & Noble and more).
You must enter the Enrollment Code for All Saints in order to tie your account back to us. The code is 83494F991346. If you order online, you have the option to pay via PrestoPay (payment deducted from your checking account) or you can select to pay by check, print a receipt for your order and include a check with it in the SCRIP box by childcare. We must have payment in order to fill your order.
Order forms and payment for SCRIP can be dropped off in the SCRIP box located by the childcare entrance. Orders are filled Monday-Friday as long as there is school that day. Orders can be sent home in the child's backpack, in childcare folder, picked up in the school office or picked up at the SCRIP sales table.
For payment, we accept cash (exact amount) or check.
SCRIP can also be purchased at the following times:

SCRIP is not sold during holiday weeks/weekends. Check the school and church bulletins for exact sales schedules.
SCRIP gift certificates make a great gift and are available for any amount. When your Scrip gift certificate is redeemed, you the purchaser receive the rebate for the card that are purchased. Stop by the SCRIP table to order.
The SCRIP program is always in need of volunteers for local pickups and to sell on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. This is a great way to meet people from our school and church! Stop by the SCRIP table or email us at aptscrip@gmail.com to give us your contact information. We do not do pickups or sell during holiday weeks.
