Results of the War

1. Would your group have gone to war to declare independence from Britain? Explain.
Yes. Because we feel like we've done all we can to settle war, but they won't listen and we're sick of being taxed unfairly!
2. What were the major points that made your decision?
We've tried talking it out, we've tried getting through to them but they aren't listening. If we do nothing about it then they will keep ruling our lives, and we won't be able to live our lives the way we choose.
3. Did all the group members agree with the decision? Explain.
We all agreed with it but we weren't sure if war was the answer to this problem. War would lead to the death of a bunch of people from both sides of the war but the King of Britain refuses to allow us our independence.
4. What are the alternatives to war? Explain.
They could possibly sail over to Britian but that could take to long and that could be a waste of time because The King could choose not to hear them out. He isnt hearing them out from far away he probably wont hear them out even if they were talking to him face to face. War could be the only way for them to get their point across. All they want is their independence, and they have worked really hard for it.
