Questions
Would your group have got to war to declare independence from Britain? Explain. Yes, because if we were to win the war we would be able to have our freedom from Britain. We would be able to run our own country and government instead of being told how to live our lives and have the freedom to do what we want. We also did not like paying taxes on things we could grow ourselves and also not being taxed on mail, alcohol and other daily things.
What were the major points that made your decision? Explain. Freedom, because we would be able to do what we feel and want to do instead of  having things we have to do. Also the government because we would get a say in who is the leader instead of having the government choose a leader for the country.
Did all group members agree with the decision? Explain. Yes we all agreed because we all would like to have the freedom of speech and whatever we choose to do, say, or act. Also not being taxed on things we do daily.
What are the alternatives to war? Explain. (why or why not did your group choose an alternative to war) Signing a treaty of peace. We did not choose an alternative to war because we thought that war was the best way to go because we a strong army of people in our colonies fighting for us and wanting to get freedom from Britain.
