Even though the colonist won the war it was not officially yet. They decided to write an official document saying all men should be crated equal. This document became known ad The Declaration Of Independence. It has a lot of rules and guidelines to freedom. The basic rights are, liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Thomas Pane stated that the Revolutionary war contributed more enlightenment to the world, and diffuse a spirit of freedom and liberality among everyone.

The lost battles had an effect of many people. Many historians guessed that 7,200 Americans were killed in the revolutionary war. And about 8,200 were badly hurt or just wounded. Thats not even as bad as the cost of the war, many soldiers came out of the war penniless. They received a little of money or no money during the war. About 13 states went bankrupt because of the cost during the war. The king feared that the war might have bankrupted69 his country.
